DealerMine Corporation provides the DealerMine Clarity VGIS CallIntent Companion Chrome extension for authorized DealerMine employees.
The extension has a single business purpose: to register user-initiated click-to-call activity from Clarity CRM so resulting Vonage calls and recordings can be securely correlated with the appropriate DealerMine user and CRM workflow.
The extension may process:
The extension does not collect browsing history outside its required Clarity CRM workflow and does not collect health information, financial information, personal communications, or precise location information.
Data is used only to authenticate the DealerMine employee and register call intent with DealerMine systems so downstream Vonage call processing and CRM activity workflows can be correlated correctly.
DealerMine does not sell user data.
Data is not used for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the extension's stated business function.
Data may be transmitted to services operated or authorized by DealerMine that are required to perform the extension's function, including Microsoft Entra ID and DealerMine-hosted Microsoft Azure services.
Authentication and session information is retained only as necessary to complete authentication and the call-intent workflow.
Operational records may be retained by DealerMine systems according to internal business and security requirements.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to DealerMine services requires authenticated, scoped authorization.
